1. Shipping and Delivery Policy
We offer different shipping structures depending on your geographic location:

• North America: Standard shipping is entirely complimentary for orders destined within the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
• International Orders: All overseas shipping addresses outside of North America are subject to a $9.99 flat-rate shipping fee per order to cover international logistics.

2. Custom Manufacturing and Return Policy

• Bespoke Production: Every item on our store is custom-printed to order just for you. Because of this personalized, print-on-demand process, all sales are final. We do not accept standard returns or exchanges for changes of mind or incorrect sizing selection.
• 90-Day Defect Guarantee: We stand by our print quality. If your item arrives with a clear manufacturing defect or printing error, we provide a complete replacement or refund. You must contact our support channels with photo evidence of the issue within 90 days of your purchase date to qualify.

3. Limitation of Liability
KABANGE TSHONGA shall not be held liable for any shipping delays caused by carrier disruptions, customs hold-ups, or minor typographical errors in product pricing. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any orders containing accidental platform or pricing errors.
